You Could Get Up to $200 If You Bought Gas in Oregon at an ARCO or ARCO ampm Station
and Paid a Debit Card Fee 

An Oregon jury found that BP West Coast Products LLC (“BPWCP”) charged more for gas than the amount registered at the pump and failed to properly disclose its prices when it charged a debit card transaction fee to consumers who used debit cards to pay for gas at Oregon ARCO stations. BPWCP has denied the claims in this case and plans to appeal the jury verdict.
If you purchased gas at Oregon ARCO or ARCO ampm locations between January 1, 2011 and August 30, 2013 and paid a debit card transaction fee, you could get up to $200, minus applicable attorneys’ fees and expenses. If you file a valid claim, you will give up your right to individually sue BPWCP for the claims in this case. If you received a mailed notice and letter stating that records reflect that you purchased gas using your debit card, you do not need to submit a claim form to get a payment. If you did not receive a letter and believe you are an eligible Class Member, you may submit a claim online or by mail by December 31, 2014.
You may also:

• Choose not to file a claim or opt-out of receiving a payment and retain your right to individually sue BPWCP;
• Comment on or object to the handling of your claim, the claims and notice process used in this case, or the request for attorneys’ fees and expenses by the attorneys representing you as a Class Member. The attorneys may request up to $40 (or up to 20%) in attorneys’ fees from each claim and reimbursement of no more than $345,714.15 in total costs from all claims. They also intend to ask the Court to require BPWCP to pay all or some of the fees and costs. The earliest deadline for comments and objections is January 14, 2015. Other deadlines may apply.
• The Court will hear objections and comments at a hearing scheduled for February 11, 2015.

Keurig 2.0 Model K350 Review

I have been using my 2.0 for a few weeks and really enjoy it. The carafe was the added benefit. When just one cup of coffee isn't enough, you get 4 more cups. The carafe is not insulated so try to drink as much as you can before it gets too cold. The 2.0 model will only use Keurig brand cups with the white printed Keurig ring. If the cups you have does not have the approved ring then your 2.0 will not brew it. I dislike that feature because I have a ton of cups that are not Keurig branded. There are ways around that. The 60oz tank has boiling water ready as soon as it is powered. The 2.0 came with a few K-cup samples as well as Carafe cups. The smaller K-cups will not work with the carafe, you will have to use the carafe cups with your carafe. Overall I give the Keurig 2.0 two thumbs up. I definitely would recommend this to all my coffee and ice tea drinkers. This unit also dispenses hot water. Perfect for making cup of noodles or a nice cup of tea.

Organic Ceremonial Grade Green Tea Matcha Review

I received this item complimentary from Tomoson in exchange for my honest review. My package arrived fast an un-damaged. I have never tried green tea as a powder so I decided to give it a try. Now the powder was a bit different. Normally I use tea bags. The Organic Matcha powder was a nice green, so it was fresh but had an odd taste to it. I made sure to mix it thoroughly in hot water. After a through mixing there were still powder bits. It is not a easy drink to take down. The product is fresh, I just do not think that I like the tea as a powder. I had shared this with a friend who lives for green tea and she really loved it. I think you really have to be a green tea drinker in order to enjoy this.

Dr Song Professional Teeth Whitening Kit Review

I received this kit complimentary from Tomoson in return for my honest review. My package arrived fast and in a timely manner. I have been using the kit for a few weeks and have really noticed some changes. I have read other reviews where the product will irritate your gums if some of it got on them. I did not have that issue, there was no way to avoid that from happening because as soon as you applied the gel it started to foam. I did not have any sensitivity from using the gel and the tray was really a bonus feature for me. I was able to apply the gel right where I needed it. I used the light at night to see if the results would be different from not using the light. I did not see a difference. I have noticed that me teeth are a few shades whiter. I have been using this kit along with my normal toothpaste and did not experience any discomfort at all. I will continue to use the kit until I run out of gel. I do recommend this kit for those who are looking to whiten their teeth safely at home.
