KRE-O CityVille Invasion Marina Madness Set Review

My 5yr old loves playing with building sets. So when we got this in the mail he was super excited. Even though the set is labeled 6 and up, they still requires some help in putting everything together. Some pieces are fairly small and had trouble putting a few pieces together with my adult hands. My son and his friends loved the sample sets they received. The app is very fun to play and really keeps the kids entertained. The cards that come with the playset make playing the game real entertaining. When putting together the playset you have to keep track of the pieces or they will get lost. I read the directions while my son located the correct pieces that I needed. Without adult assistance I don't think they would be able to put this together by themselves. Even the sample packs has super tiny pieces. There are so many pieces that if you have any left over then you really have missed a step and might have to go back to see where the piece belongs. On creativity I would rate the set a 5. The tiny pieces make it a 3 and they instructions were pretty clear so I will give that a 4. We spent alot of time putting together a almost 300 piece set. To me that is alot to have a 6yr to try and build by themselves. I honestly don't see how that could be possible without any adult assistance. I received this product complimentary for testing and review purposes from BzzAgent.
