I have been using the Diet Standards AminoHD for a few weeks now and I can definitely see a big change. I'm 6'1 and have recently gained weight out of nowhere. I have been using the Vitamin C Serum for a few weeks and as always works just like it is supposed to. The oil really helps to keep you skin hydrated and keep you looking fresh on a daily basis when used as described. Vitamin C is need to help maintain skin elasticity and to help keep you looking youthful. Acne scars and old blemishes will vanish and you will notice your even tone skin. The scent is pretty decent. I notice that it helps a bit on acne but not a great deal. Seems to work for dark spots, but would take more time in order to see greater results.
